Dave,

I agree with you that this particular article should be called
"Brief" for Lewinsky. The fact that it is a spoof and, therefore, not
news is clearly not something that you would expect a system to
determine automatically. But it does have all of the relevant names
and related words.

If the spoof had been more believable, with a higher
percentage of it seeming like news, then I would even say that it
could be classified as on the topic. But I guess classifying it
as BRIEF means that answers on this article aren't scored either
way. That is probably the safest thing to do when in doubt.
