Folks,
There was an unfortunate MS-Word bug that appeared when we converted
the revised TDT-2 Evaluation Spec Version 2.6 to PostScript for Web
posting last week. A fixed much more readable version (Version 2.7)
is now available via the NIST TDT-2 Website at
http://www.nist.gov/speech/tdt98/tdt98.htm. Please look at it and
post any questions/comments to tdt-distrib.
