Dear PI,
Enclosed is a draft agenda for our meeting at BBN.
Please LOOK IT OVER CAREFULLY and let me know QUICKLY about any needed
or suggested changes.
Pay special attention to the research tasks (segmentation, detection, or
tracking) listed for your site to report on, making sure that we've listed
all the tasks on which you are actively working, but no others.
Please also let me know who will give each of your site's presentations.
Handouts of slides and other materials would be very helpful. Please
bring 35 copies of each handout, individually stapled.
We will have a very busy -- and very productive -- two days.
