Folks,
After many revisions if of the evaluation plan and software, they are
now ready for release. You can download both the evaluation plan and
software from the NIST TDT web site at the URL:
http://www.nist.gov/speech/tdt98/tdt98.htm
Also available are Dev-test index files and example TDT system output
files that can be run through the evaluation software. You can download
these resources from the URL:
ftp://jaguar.ncsl.nist.gov/tdt98/tdt_deliv_980708_devtest.tar.Z
There is a readme HTML page explains the contents of the distribution.
