Tomek,

That's correct, I did not make index files for the Jan-Feb data.
Instead, there's a program TDT2BuildIndex.pl that will generate index
files for an arbitrary list of files. There's
and script in the dev-test index release,
'indexes_devtest/create_indexes.sh' that shows how the script is used,
and there is a user manual page in the doc directory of the TDT2eval
software.
