Folks,

There are new versions of the evaluation plan, evaluation software
(version 0.3), dev-test index files (version 2), and example
system-generated TDT2 output. You can download both the evaluation
plan and software from the NIST TDT web site at the URL:

http://www.nist.gov/speech/tdt98/tdt98.htm

The updated versions of the Dev-test index files and example TDT system
output files can be downloaded from the URL:


ftp://jaguar.ncsl.nist.gov/tdt98/tdt_deliv_980708_devtest_version2.tar.gz

There is a readme HTML page explains the contents of the distribution
index file.
