Subject: TDT Dry Run Meeting Schedule & Attendance

Dear PIs,
Thanks for all your inputs. We do have a lot of good things to discuss.
As previously agreed, the TDT Dry Run meeting will be held at IBM Research
in Yorktown Heights on Thursday, 17 September, and Friday, 18 September.
The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. Thursday and end at 5:00 p.m. Friday.
Please note the ending time and make your travel arrangements accordingly.
Satya will send you information shortly about transportation and lodging
alternatives.
Due to space limitations at IBM, we will unfortunately have to impose
attendance quotas for this meeting --
Research sites: The default is that you may send one person for each
major task (segmentation, detection, or tracking) for which you are
submitting dry run results PLUS one additional person. If you do not
need all of your slots, please let me know right away. Similarly, if
your quota is too tight, let me know in case a vacancy appears.
NIST and LDC: Please let me know today whom you would like to bring,
and I'll get back to you.
After today, I will be traveling -- and out of e-mail contact -- until 7
September. I will send out a detailed agenda at the end of that week.
