Folks,
In Rich's last e-mail, he raised again the issue of using the hit lists
from all of the tracking systems as input into the ongoing search for
possible misses in the TDT corpus. I really like that idea and wouldn't
mind getting started on that work before the Dry Run meeting so that we
could say something about its ROI at the meeting. Can we agree on
parameters and format for the lists? How many of the sites would be
ready and willing to submit them in the next little while?
