Yes. All available resources may be used. However, you must
describe the resources that you use, and they must be generally
available so that others can then use them too.

No. The sgml files may not be used and will not be made available
for the evaluation. The source files will be word token streams. For
those wishing to run directly from audio, the source files will be the
actual digitized speech data.
