In the index-file, we have

# Non_topic_training_story APW19980503.0214 text/19980503...

(I use ... to make the line shorter)

I would assume 'text' means directory 'tkntext'.

Also, we used to have ccap.bndtkn and fdch.bndtkn in the tables
directory. But I can't find them in the evaluation data. Do we
miss anything here? There are *ABC_WN*.BNDTKN in that directory.
Do they have anything to do with CCAP and FDCH?
