Subject: Today's release of results

Folks,
As you know, today is the scheduled day release for the TDT results.
Today is still the day, but it will be considerably later today.
The LDC has been working feverishly to QC the topic annotations in light
of the submitted tracking results. They are near completion, but it
will take additional time to for me to score the 86 submitted tracking
and detection runs once the QC is completed.
I'm leaving NIST now since the weather here has turned to freezing rain,
but I'll be in email contact once I get home.
