We may be able to help some with this because we have a Chinese-English
cross-language IR project here that needs many of the same sorts of
resources. I'd have to pull a few threads to see where everything came
from and which are subject to distribution restrictions, though. I'll try
to do that before the workshop and bring a summary with me.
