Thanks for all of the resource work Mark!

I've put the report on Chinese/English cross-language IR resources that I
discussed with you on my web page at:

http://www.glue.umd.edu/~oard/research.html.

The Microsoft Word format is the cleaner copy - it didn't export to HTML
very well.

Hope that you and others find this useful. I'd be delighted to know of
any resources people would like to see added to the list.
