Is there an official set of index files yet? James Allan pointed us
to the set at
ftp://jaguar.ncsl.nist.gov/tdt3/tdt3_indexes_jan-mar_v1.tgz
but it looks like the e-mail says this is "an example set". The
schedule says that the data for the dry run is supposed to be released
by June 2, so that should include the index files, no?

Also, it looks like these index files specify test data in the Jan-Mar
1998 time frame. Since we have been using this data for training
(background models, word lists, and the like), do we really want to do
this? What are we supposed to use for training data?
