Folks,
If you're working on the tracking evaluation, you've probably noticed
that the dry run index files were slightly different from last years
evaluation index files.
Technically, the evaluation could begin story after the Nt(maxth)
training story for each topic. When I re-wrote the code to generate the
index files for the multilingual evaluation, I intentionally left out
these stories because the additional evaluation complexity isn't worth
the benefit.
My intention is to not change the way the index files were created for
the dry run.. Are there any objections?
