Folks,

Bowden Wise and Sreenivasa Sista reported bugs, (thankyou!), that I've
fixed. The new version is available at the URL:
'ftp://jaguar.ncsl.nist.gov/tdt3/TDT3eval_v1.6.tgz'.

The bug prevented scoring of runs that used machine translated texts,
(the .mttkn and .mtas0) files. This bug effected only TDT3trk.pl and
TDT3det.pl scripts.
