TDTers,
We would very much appreciate some information to help us plan
things. We need to know:
- How many people from your crew will definitely be attending
the meeting? Any maybes?
- How many people from your crew are planning to attend the
post-meeting group dinner?
- Do we have any dietary restrictions to worry about? Given the
time available, and the local eating choices, we plan to
provide a lunch buffet or something like that.
- If you are planning to present, do you have any needs other than
a projector for overhead transparencies and/or a laptop?
- Anything else that's important for us to know that I'm
forgetting to ask about?
Please reply as soon as possible with this information. Send it to
Kate Moruzzi (kate@cs.umass.edu, 413/545-3415). Even if you don't
have absolutely definite numbers, good approximations will be helpful.
Looking forward to seeing you, and hoping that the summer drought
didn't destroy the foliage too thoroughly.....
