Folks,

Since this problem is preventing Dragon from successfully completing an
evaluation run, we've decided to build new index files so that they can
test their system(s).

I'll also take this opportunity to correct a problem the John Lafferty
discovered. The PRI files were omitted from the segmentation indexes.
There are related problems with the index files for the other tasks as
well.

Time is short today, but I'll begin generating the new index files, and
release them later tonight.
