Folks,

We realized that we haven't requested site commitments for TDT3
participation, although from the dry runs we have a pretty good idea of
who will be doing what. I've listed the sites we know will be
participating in the evaluation. Please have one person from your site
respond to me, jonathan.fiscus@nist.gov, giving the following
information:

- Yes or No, we are/are not participating in the TDT3 evaluation.
- We will participate in the following evaluation tasks. 
		segmentation
		tracking
		detection
		first story detection
		link detection

- Shipping address for the evaluation CD is: (Please include a
telephone number and a street address.)
