Subject: Update of TDT3 official scores

Folks,
I've just completed the final update of the official TDT3 scores. The
URLs below point to the latest release of the scores. The update
includes:
1. A new version of the TDT3eval software, version 1.8. The update is
only necessary to score the Link Detection Evaluation.
2. Link Detection Key files.
3. Additional DET graphs for the tracking results that includes DET
curves conditioned on various test subsets.
4. Detection results from the National Taiwan University that I
inadvertently omitted.
