Paul (and everyone),

Thanks for the ping; it is well deserved. The folks who are preparing
the evaluation plan and so on have been swamped by some other
springtime activities that, coincidentally, ended yesterday. The
evaluation plan is promised by the end of this week, and announcements
about the dry run and timing of the pieces should be going out at the
same time.

I hope that whatever is preventing tdt-distrib from being archived at
the LDC can be fixed so that even non-significant messages can be
found there.
