Subject: TDT Dry Run results due when at NIST?

Is there a due date/time at NIST for the dry-run output?
The date mentioned a long time ago in Jon Fiscus's "TDT: time to stir the
pot" tentative schedule had
a question mark next to it. The schedule has obviously been revised since
Jon's message - are we now back on track? Is July 28th the day?
