TDT,
Regarding the dry-run meeting to be held on August 7, at the LDC....
I am enclosing a tentative agenda to help you plan your arrival and
departure. Could you please:
(1) Email Chris Cieri (ccieri@ldc.upenn.edu) to let him know how
many people from your organization will be coming to the
meeting. We have tentative information from several sites,
but an update would be appreciated.
(2) Chris has indicated that he will organize an information
dinner on Sunday evening for people who are in town by then.
If you'd like to be part of that, please let him know. If
enough people do, he'll try to get a private room somewhere.
If no one responds, he can probably point us to the closest
Chez McD's.
(3) If you are interested in presenting an overview of work that
you have done, please let me know so that we can schedule some
research presentations. I'm hoping that a couple of people
can talk about their wild ideas or intriguing results so that
we can all be inspired to greater heights.
