I should have finished reading my email backlog before responding.
James asked if I could be flexible on this date, and the answer is
definately yes. The 28th is a comfortable deadline for me. However,
please don't put off your submission until the last minute because I
won't have time to score the submissions and build a meaningful
presentation in less than a week.

I hope everyone doesn't lose sight of the dry-run's purpose, and that's
to debug the evaluation specification and for new participants to be
introduced to the evaluation culture. Since we're testing on training
data, the results are already suspect. Tweaking your parameters is of
less value than people trying out the new evaluation features, (tracking
with negative examples and multilingual story link detection) and
kicking the tires on the evaluation software.
