Folks,

I've slightly modified the submission instruction for the dry run. The
tracking condition definition in the BNF grammar omitted a designation
for the number of negative examples. Please use the new definition, at
the URL ftp://jaguar.ncsl.nist.gov/tdt/tdt2000/dryrun2000/submit.htm, if
you haven't prepared your submission. If you've already prepared it
and made you own designation.... That will be fine. :)
