Folks,
It's time to finalize plans for the TDT-2000 Dry-Run Meeting to be held
on August 7, at the LDC. A summary follows. If you need further
information or want to tells us something please write to me and copy
our administrative assistant, Kam Goodwin (kgoodwin@ldc.upenn.edu).
James provided the agenda in his July 11th message

I have the following list of participants. Please let us know of any

In order to complete the agenda in a single day, we will start at 8:00AM
and have a light breakfast and our lunch brought into the conference
room. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know and we'll
do our best to accommodate you.
I assume that you all have rooms for Sunday night. The workshop hotels
were listed in my e-mail from July 6
(http://www.ldc.upenn.edu/Projects/TDT3/email/email_250.html). If you
don't already have a room, I'd suggest you call today. Both hotels still
have rooms available as of today.
Most people have said that their travel plans will prevent them from
attending the informal dinner we had planned for Sunday night. So,
unless there's a groundswell of interest today, we won't be meeting
Sunday night. In case you do arrive hungry, here are four good
restaurants all very close to the hotels.
