Folks,
A new version of the TDT evaluation plan, v1.4, is available from the
URL 'http://ww.nist.gov/TDT/tdt2000/evalplan.htm'. The changes were
made as a result of the discussion at the dry run workshop.
The primary changes in this version include:
(1) The English training, Nt=1, Nn=0 tracking task is the required task,
(2) Nt=1, 2 or 4 conditions are guaranteed to have 1, 2, or 4 training
stories respectively,
(3) Nt=4, Nn=0|2 is called the "challenge" condition,
(4) Nt=v (for a variable number training stories) is a new evaluation
condition,
(5) The wording associated with the Reference/Automatic/No story
boundary conditions has changed, to make the differences clear.
