Folks,

It's time to start planning the evaluation workshop. We would like all
TDT200 participants to supply answers to the following questions so that
we can make sure the meeting arrangements will be adequate.

1. What runs are you planning to submit?

Please include the following items for each task:
a. Task name
b. Number of different systems,
(Traditionally these "systems" are assigned numbers like
CMU1, CMU2...)
c. Number of contrastive runs per system.
(These are additional evaluation conditions. A realize these are
typically done as time permits, so a rough guess will do.)

2. How many people from your site are planning to come to the meeting in
November?
