Folks,

I'm working on generating the Link detection index files for the dry run
and I have a question to pose:

Last year, when I built the story pair sets, I looked for link pairs
that were either English-English, Mandarin-English and
Mandarin-Mandarin.

With the addition of Arabic, I'll certianly add Arabic-Arabic and
Arabic-English story pair sets, but I'm wondering if I should also add
Arabic-Mandarin story pairs. Should I?

Any comments?
