My opinion is that it depends on whether you allow BRIEF stories to be
part of the Nt on-topic training stories, rather than just allowing
them in the overall training set. For a BRIEF story to be one of the
on-topic training stories, I would argue that we need to specify which
portion of the story is actually on topic. Otherwise, we'll have
problems with systems learning the wrong topic (especially for Nt=1)
since the majority of a BRIEF story is in fact about something else.
