I am assuming that every site that participated will give a
presentation, unless no one from that site is able to make it to the
meeting. I hope that everyone can, but understand that funding may be
tight for folks on the Pacific Rim (in particular).
In the draft agenda I have, sites have 30 minutes to talk, with 5
extra minutes allocated for discussion.
So please let us know if your site will be unrepresented. And, if so,
I would appreciate getting from you at some point soon, a brief (one
page?) summary of what you did, what worked, and what didn't.
